Carry each other"s burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ. Galatians 6:2

Women of Worship is a group of men and women with a desire to express love for our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. We hunger for God's word, support one another in prayer and desire a closer relationship with Him.

Heather and I feel that God has put a genuine desire in our hearts to share His word with people. This blog is our attempt to get the Word of God to our friends in a practical and loving way. We are hoping to create a community of people that strengthen one another for the Kingdom of God. No matter where you are in your walk you are welcome here. Please feel free to share prayer requests, opinions, questions or anything that you feel led to say.

Praise and Prayer, Vocation, Day 5

Hello all. I am sorry that this is being sent on a Saturday. Please forgive me for that. I had quite a busy day yesterday and am also without a computer of my own right now, so I was at the mercy of others. I Praise God for the blessings in my life. It has been so very cold this week, not only in TN but all over our country. When the weather is cold I am reminded of how much I truly have. I am warm and if I feel the slight discomfort I have a warmer jacket and heavier socks and an entire basket of gloves and hats to choose from . My heat is always working and my children have rosey cheeks from the warmth in our home. I am blessed.

Praise God for my amazing husband whose heart for compassion and giving is truly beautiful. Praise God for people who pour into our lives and give us the gift of pure friendship.

Please pray for the 120 people that were layed off from my husbands company last week. It is hard to be in automotive right now and it is even harder to see so people you know loose their jobs.

Please pray for my sister McKayla. Pray that she can see hope through the disappointment. Pray her mind be clear and choose the better option. Pray a mentor comes beside her that she can trust and lean on.

Please pray for my mom. Pray that she can see clearly that family is for depending on when things are going right and wrong. Pray for our entire family as we walk the fine line of accountability and judgement.
