Carry each other"s burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ. Galatians 6:2

Women of Worship is a group of men and women with a desire to express love for our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. We hunger for God's word, support one another in prayer and desire a closer relationship with Him.

Heather and I feel that God has put a genuine desire in our hearts to share His word with people. This blog is our attempt to get the Word of God to our friends in a practical and loving way. We are hoping to create a community of people that strengthen one another for the Kingdom of God. No matter where you are in your walk you are welcome here. Please feel free to share prayer requests, opinions, questions or anything that you feel led to say.

Praise and Prayer

K, Day 5

Praise and Prayer
I praise God for the little things. For the days when we are tired and feel we have nothing to give and God shows up and brings us new joy, understanding. I am thankful for friends who trust me to make monkey cakes, not return phone calls right away because I would be distracted and for my mother in law who loves me despite all my flaws and who validates my thoughts and feelings. I praise God for the cluttered house, because that means we were too busy living this week. I praise God for the good news on Addyson's test results and pray that she has full restoration to her health. I pray for us to get into a small group and that all the details will be taken care of.

Please pray for our friends that have become involved in a free thinking church that is misleading them and its people. Please pray we can be a positive view of the Christian Church to them. They have a sour taste for Chrisitianity but still desire and are trying to feed the desire to know God. Pray we have opportunity to speak with and love them.

Praise God for another beautiful week. I love living here. Praise God for time and energy that came in perfect spoonfuls this week.
