Do you believe that God still moves with Power in our world? Do you believe that through the Holy Spirit signs and wonders are happening around you everyday? Do you believe that the same God that protected Daniel from the lions is protecting you?
There are so many distractions in our daily lives. Sometimes it is hard to dig deep in our faith to believe He is there with us. I think life can be so loud that we wouldn't even hear it if a burning bush spoke to us. Life (and people) have let us down so many times we have a hard time trusting that anything could be on our side. Our increased desire for the tangible diminishes our capacity to see what God is capable of.
Hebrews 2:1-4
Give Heed
For this reason we must pay much closer attention to what we have heard, so that we do not drift away from it. For if the word spoken through angels proved unalterable, and every transgression and disobedience received a just penalty, how will we escape if we neglect so great a salvation? After it was at the first spoken through the Lord, it was confirmed to us by those who heard, God also testifying
with them, both by signs and wonders and by various miracles and by gifts of the
Holy Spirit according to His own will.
Challenge yourself to see the Power of God that surrounds you. It is there. It does exhist. Listen.
