Women of Worship is a group of men and women with a desire to express love for our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. We hunger for God's word, support one another in prayer and desire a closer relationship with Him.

Heather and I feel that God has put a genuine desire in our hearts to share His word with people. This blog is our attempt to get the Word of God to our friends in a practical and loving way. We are hoping to create a community of people that strengthen one another for the Kingdom of God. No matter where you are in your walk you are welcome here. Contentment Day 5
Praise and Prayer
Praise God for the many middle school kids that were baptised at camp, they still need prayer for the struggles they face each day.
Praise God that we are all so blessed and that his provisions are sufficient.
Pray for safety for my husband and children as they beat the heat at Haag lake today (looking at 104 degree forecast). Also, pray for my little hayden who is going to Grandma's to have one on one time with her. Pray for those who do not have shelter during this heat wave.

Wow!Very thought provoking. I think most of us need this message. The American way of life or society encourages restlessness, ungratefulness, and other emotions that counteract contentment. But, God can help us win that battle. Thanks for the reminder.Linda
