Carry each other"s burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ. Galatians 6:2

Women of Worship is a group of men and women with a desire to express love for our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. We hunger for God's word, support one another in prayer and desire a closer relationship with Him.

Heather and I feel that God has put a genuine desire in our hearts to share His word with people. This blog is our attempt to get the Word of God to our friends in a practical and loving way. We are hoping to create a community of people that strengthen one another for the Kingdom of God. No matter where you are in your walk you are welcome here. Please feel free to share prayer requests, opinions, questions or anything that you feel led to say.

Love, Day 4

I know that I will ever be able to truly Love anyone as much as God has loved me. I am thankful that I am a work in progress. I am thankful that each day I am given an opportunity to make sacrifices for the people I do love. I am grateful for the example that has been given to me. I pray daily that this Love, the Love of Christ, is poured out into the world. May they know the Love of our God through the Love we give freely to our family and friends.

John 15:12-17

Disciples' Relation to Each Other

"This is My commandment, that you love one another, just as I have loved you.
"Greater love has no one than this, that one lay down his life for his friends.
"You are My friends if you do what I command you.
"No longer do I call you slaves, for the slave does not know what his master is doing; but I have called you friends, for all things that I have heard from My Father I have made known to you.
"You did not choose Me but I chose you, and appointed you that you would go and bear fruit, and that your fruit would remain, so that whatever you ask of the Father in My name He may give to you.
"This I command you, that you love one another.
Please pray for Danielle D this week.
Please send in your Prayer and Praise to share for tomorrow. Also, if you have a testimony of how God's Love changed you please share it with us.....

This has been an amazing week, a thought provoking week. It's amazing that the topic is love, such a broad subject, yet, so intimate! I just finished the book "The Shack." While reading this book, a feeling that I can't describe has settled in my spirit. A sweetness and tenderness I haven't felt in a very long time. I believe I'm sensing the love of God in my life in a new, fresh way. I'm so excited about it! Despite my chaotic week at the doctors, where I did not get the best of news, and losing a very dear friend to the disease of alcoholism, I still felt it, it never left me. I know, God is not a feeling, but I sensed something through the whole week! I feel it now! A peace, grace, calmness, despite the chaos. This week's topic has been the cherry on top! So THANK YOU!
I love you!
